At Salaam and Script, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with love. Because of the nature of our products and the small-batch nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our sticker products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Because we are a small business and begin processing orders promptly, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive your order exactly as you intended. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at salaamandscript@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are not provided for unwanted items, changes of mind, or incorrect selections made by the customer.
