We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or use.

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier. You may also contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Salaam and Script is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be reshipped.
